Overview

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Licensed Acupuncturist, where your expertise will play a vital role in promoting holistic healing and pain relief for our diverse patient community. In this energetic and rewarding position, you will deliver personalized acupuncture treatments, utilize your deep understanding of physiology and anatomy, and collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Responsibilities

Perform acupuncture treatments targeting acute pain management, trigger point therapy, and overall pain relief, ensuring precise application aligned with best practices.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews, to develop tailored treatment plans.
Utilize herbal medicine techniques and other TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) modalities to enhance healing processes.
Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR/EHR management) documenting patient progress, treatment details, and clinical notes.
Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals such as physicians, chiropractors, and physical therapists to coordinate patient care strategies.
Apply aseptic techniques during procedures to ensure patient safety and prevent infections.
Educate patients on self-care practices, including physiologic understanding and pain management techniques, to empower ongoing health improvements.

Qualifications

Valid licensure as a Licensed Acupuncturist in the respective state or region.
Proven experience in acute pain management, trigger point therapy, and pain medicine.
Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to acupuncture practice.
Demonstrated ability in patient service, client communication, and delivering direct patient care with compassion.
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR/EHR management) systems for documentation and data tracking.
Familiarity with herbal medicine techniques and physical examinations as part of comprehensive patient assessment.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of aseptic technique and safety protocols during all procedures.
