Located in Plano, Texas, our rapidly growing practice is known for combining high-end aesthetics with personalized care and real results. We are seeking a confident, experienced Laser Technician and Medical Aesthetician with a strong existing book of business, proven client retention skills and a strong social media presence who is passionate about aesthetics, entrepreneurship, and helping grow a luxury brand.

The ideal candidate is polished, self-motivated, relationship-driven, and understands how to attract, engage, convert, and retain clientele through exceptional service, strategic branding, and consistent online presence.

Role Description

This position is located in Plano, Texas.

As our Laser Technician, you will perform advanced laser and energy-based treatments while creating elevated client experiences that encourage loyalty, referrals, and long-term retention. You will play a key role in growing your clientele, supporting practice growth, and building brand visibility through social media, networking, and relationship-based marketing.

This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial who thrives in a luxury environment, enjoys creating content, and understands the importance of personal branding, client experience, and retention.

Required Qualifications

Valid and active Texas Esthetician License
Valid and active Texas Laser Hair Removal License
2+ years of hands-on experience performing esthetician services and laser/energy-based treatments (CO2, Morpheus8, IPL, etc.) in a professional setting
Current and valid laser certifications aligned with services performed
Strong understanding of Fitzpatrick skin typing, contraindications, safety protocols, and post-care
Excellent communication, professionalism, consultation, and customer service skills
Proven ability to attract, convert, retain, and grow clientele
Strong existing book of business and client relationships preferred
Strong social media presence with the ability to market yourself, create engagement, and drive client growth
Entrepreneurial mindset with confidence in networking, branding, and business development
Comfortable educating clients, rebooking treatments, recommending treatment plans, and increasing long-term retention
Ability to contribute to a polished, luxury patient experience

Preferred Qualifications

Existing and transferable clientele/book of business strongly preferred
Experience working in a luxury or high-end med spa environment
Strong understanding of skincare, retail products, and regimen recommendations
Comfortable creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and social media marketing initiatives
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
Strong sales confidence with a relationship-focused approach

Responsibilities

Perform laser and energy-based treatments (CO2, Morpheus8, IPL, etc.) safely and confidently within your scope and certifications
Conduct comprehensive consultations, skin assessments, contraindication screenings, documentation, and informed consent
Develop customized treatment plans and educate clients on expectations and pre/post-care
Build strong client relationships that encourage retention, referrals, and repeat visits
Maintain detailed charting, before-and-after photos, and follow-up communication
Support practice growth through social media engagement, content participation, networking, and entrepreneurial marketing efforts
Recommend retail products and complementary services to enhance treatment outcomes
Maintain laser room cleanliness, organization, sanitation, and equipment care
Collaborate with leadership and providers regarding client care and outcomes
Uphold a polished, luxury, and professional environment at all times
