Full Job Description

Skill & Experience Requirements:

Microsoft Proficiency - Outlook, Excel, Word
QuickBooks DESKTOP experience required
Accounting experience strongly preferred
Collection of past due accounts strongly preferred
Math Aptitude
Proficient in data entry
Strong attention to detail
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or similar role
Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Reception experience - Professional phone etiquette

This is an in-office position. Do you currently live in Amarillo, Texas. If not, how do you intend to meet the in-person work requirements?
This position requires employees to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 with a 1 hour lunch break. Can you consistently meet this work schedule?

Opening and closing the office
Preparing coffee for the office

Assisting with general office duties as needed
