Are you a proven, top-tier Finance Manager who knows how to turn big PRU, maintain tight lender relationships, and keep legal compliance spotless? Piedmont Automotive Group is seeking an experienced, high-performing F&I Manager for immediate hire to join our fast-growing dealerships in Anderson, SC.

Position Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

F&I Track Record: Minimum 2+ years of proven Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager experience with verifiable PVR/PRU stats (REQUIRED).
Dealership Expertise: Deep understanding of lender relations, secondary finance, menu selling, and contract compliance.
Leadership & Focus: Exceptional customer service instincts, strong negotiation abilities, and a team-first mindset on the sales floor.
Clean Record: Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean driving record. Must pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Structuring & Execution: Structure financial transactions, submit deals to lenders, secure competitive approvals, and print/sign clean contracts.
Menu Selling: Present F&I products (extended service contracts, GAP, tire/wheel, key replacement) transparently and persuasively to every customer.
CIT & Pipeline Management: Maintain zero-tolerance compliance standards while keeping Contracts in Transit (CIT) short and clean.
Sales Desk Collaboration: Work directly with Sales Managers and Consultants to ensure clean handoffs, maximum turnover, and smooth customer deliveries.
