Full Job Description

Cannabis Card Orlando is an Alternative Medicine Clinic where we approve patients for their Medical Card. We are Orlando's #1 Approving Clinic. We pride ourselves on excellence customer service. Making sure our patients have a great experience with their visit is our priority. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge in the healthcare industry preferably in the front desk. You will need to have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have great communication and typing skills. We have a lot of fun doing what we do, but we are very professional and expect the same with you. We are a 100% cash pay business, as we do not deal with health insurance or Medicare/Medicaid. This is not your typical medical clinic setting. Our patients really enjoy coming to see us, and you will get a huge reward in seeing how we help people every day.

Pay starts at $15.00 per hour plus tips and per patient bonuses. When our patients come in for their appointment, we will have a few options for upselling other products that our front desk will be bonused on. The front desk also gets bonuses on positive reviews. The average payout with bonus averages around $20-$25 per hour and more depending how well you work.

Duties:

*Greeting Patients upon arrival to appointment.

*Verify all Intake forms are correctly filled out.

*Verify required documents such as prior medical history or diagnosis are worded to the Doctor's satisfaction.

*Communicating with Patients main physician to retrieve medical history.

*Answering incoming calls and making sure proper notes and messages are taken.

*Educating patients on medical card process (training provided.)

*Sendoff correct forms to the state.

*Confirming daily appointments.

*Following up with patients who are tasked with missing documents.

*Handle payment transactions.

*Keeping Doctor's informed with daily workload, and help juggle the schedule so patients do not have to wait any longer than necessary.

*Keeping Customer Service as the #1 Priority, with ability to ask for reviews.

*Upselling other services offered by practice

*Pay is hourly plus tips and per patient bonuses.
