Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Pool Project Manager in Prescott, Arizona. We need someone who knows pool construction from the ground up and can manage the full process from start to finish.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone with strong hands-on knowledge of all phases of pool building, including planning, scheduling, coordination, inspections, and closeout. The right person must also understand the permit process, know the order of each step, and be able to keep projects moving without delays.

Responsibilities

Manage pool construction projects from start to finish
Oversee all phases of pool installation from excavation through completion
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and schedules
Keep projects on track for timeline, quality, and budget
Handle permitting, inspections, and required documentation
Know the proper sequence of construction and keep each phase moving correctly
Communicate with customers, field crews, and office staff throughout the project
Solve problems in the field and make sure jobs stay on schedule
Monitor workmanship and make sure jobs are completed to company standards

Requirements

Must be very experienced in pool construction
Must know all aspects of building a pool from the ground up
Must understand the steps for permits, inspections, and scheduling
Must be able to manage multiple moving parts at once
Must be organized, dependable, and able to lead a project through completion
Must have strong communication and follow-through
Experience working with crews, subcontractors, and customers is required

Preferred

Experience managing residential pool projects
Strong knowledge of local permitting and inspection processes
Ability to read plans and understand project scope in detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
