About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, independent, highly skilled, and technology-proficient Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our new rural primary care practice serving Pilot Point, Texas, and the surrounding communities.
This is an exciting opportunity for an NP to join a practice at an early stage and play an important role in establishing clinical workflows, developing processes, building community relationships, and supporting the growth of the practice. Rather than stepping into an established practice with fixed systems and processes, you will have the opportunity to help establish, refine, and improve how we deliver care.
As a newly established primary care practice, we are looking for someone who is comfortable working in an entrepreneurial and evolving environment where processes and systems are still being developed. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and enjoys building systems, solving problems, taking initiative, and helping create a high-performing healthcare practice.
The NP will provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care with a strong emphasis on preventive medicine while also contributing to clinical operations, practice development, community outreach, patient growth, quality improvement, and team development.
This position offers the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on how the clinic operates, how patients experience their care, and how the practice develops relationships throughout Pilot Point and the surrounding communities.
The role will leverage advanced healthcare technology, including Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), telehealth, electronic health records, and AI-powered clinical documentation tools. Training will be provided for all clinical systems and digital tools.
