Full Job Description

We are an Oral Surgery practice with a strong focus on exceeding our patients’ expectations. Founded on our strong core values of honesty, integrity, and responsibility. We are looking for a professional Patient Care Coordinator. This candidate should have superb time management, attention to detail, and fantastic communication skills to join our team!

Work hours for this full-time position are rotational on a weekly basis, Monday - Friday, based on the practice’s needs - 7:30am-5:30pm

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Delivers outstanding customer service on the phone and in person. Ensures everyone who engages with the practice feels welcome and is left with a great first impression of us as a team, and confident in choosing our practice for their oral surgery treatment.
Answers inbound calls.
Schedules consultation and surgery appointments.
Verifies insurance benefits for upcoming appointments.

Qualifications
Required Skills for this Role:

Superior organizational skills.
Must be friendly and be able to maintain a smile and positive attitude in high-pressured environments.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Must be a team player and work well with others.
Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks.
Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.

Experience and Education Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma, or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
While experience within a dental office is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person who is motivated to excel in a new industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
