Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Data Center Technician and become a vital part of maintaining and optimizing cutting-edge data infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, security, and scalability of our data center environments. Your expertise will support critical IT operations, facilitate system design for system development, and contribute to enterprise solutions implementation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with innovative technologies such as microservices, cybersecurity measures, and quantum engineering principles, all while collaborating with stakeholders across various teams. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about technical troubleshooting support and system reliability, this role is perfect for you!

Duties

Install, configure, and maintain hardware components within data center environments, ensuring optimal performance and security compliance.
Conduct routine inspections of server racks, networking equipment, and power systems to identify potential issues before they impact operations.
Support network infrastructure setup including computer networking configurations to ensure robust connectivity across systems.
Assist in the deployment of enterprise solutions using SAP and other business-critical software platforms.
Collaborate with software development teams to facilitate UI testing, software implementation, and system design for scalable solutions.
Implement security analysis protocols to safeguard data assets against cyber threats and ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards.
Coordinate with stakeholders to plan capacity upgrades, manage scalability challenges, and support CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience with computer networking concepts including LAN/WAN configurations and network security measures.
Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and CI/CD practices.
Knowledge of system design principles for system development and enterprise solutions implementation.
Hands-on experience with SAP systems, UI development, UI testing, and microservices architecture.
Strong technical troubleshooting support skills across hardware, software, and network issues.
Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, compliance standards, and security analysis techniques.
Ability to lead or support team efforts in stakeholder coordination and project management initiatives.

Bonus: Any related Certifications (CCNA or Server+ preferred)
