Who You Are:

As Nutrabolt’s Total Rewards & People Operations Coordinator, you will support the administration of global compensation, benefits, and payroll programs. This role ensures a high-quality employee experience through accurate processing, timely support, and strong attention to detail.

You will serve as a primary point of contact for Tier 1 employee inquiries and support day-to-day Total Rewards and People operations across Nutrabolt and Bloom, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, and HR systems. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career looking to grow in a fast-paced environment.

What You're Good At:

Support US and global payroll administration, including timekeeping audits, payroll processing, reporting, reconciliations, and employee inquiries
Maintain accurate employee data and process workforce transactions in HRIS and payroll systems (Workday, Deel, etc.)
Support administration of U.S. and global benefits programs, including enrollments, eligibility management, vendor reconciliations, invoice audits, and support for UK and EOR populations
Administer I-9 verification and maintain compliance documentation
Assist with leave of absence administration in partnership with vendors
Serve as Tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and Total Rewards
Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and support employee lifecycle processes
Maintain Total Rewards materials, internal resources, and program documentation
Support employee engagement, recognition, and company-sponsored programs
Provide backup support for broader People Operations activities as needed
P erform other duties as assigned

What You Contribute:

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
1–3 years of experience in HR, payroll, benefits, or administrative support role
Exposure to HRIS systems (Workday, Paycom, Deel, or similar) preferred
Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Demonstrates a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
