Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Roofing Sales Consultant to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our roofing solutions, responsible for engaging prospective clients, managing customer relationships, and closing sales to drive business growth. Your expertise in sales strategies, territory management, and customer service will be vital in delivering exceptional service and exceeding sales targets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your management skills, technical sales experience, and B2B sales acumen in a fast-paced environment dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new business opportunities within assigned territories
Prospect potential clients through cold calling, lead generation activities, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline
Manage existing customer accounts by providing tailored roofing solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Conduct detailed product presentations and technical consultations to educate clients on roofing options and benefits
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability
Utilize CRM software and sales management systems to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that boost brand awareness and lead conversion efforts

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales environments with a focus on roofing or related industries
Strong management skills with the ability to oversee client accounts and territory development effectively
Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, and achieving or surpassing sales targets
Proficiency in CRM systems such as Accuylnx or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales activities
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships
Ability to work remotely within a flexible environment while maintaining high levels of motivation and discipline
Knowledge of marketing strategies, technology sales processes, and inside/outside sales techniques is highly desirable
