Administrative Assistant

ADLA Studio | Austin, Texas

Part-Time | In-Person | 20–25 hours/week

$25–$32/hour, depending on experience

ADLA Studio is looking for a reliable, highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our studio with scheduling, maintenance coordination, digital organization, social media posting, website updates, office tasks, and general follow-through.

This is a part-time, in-person role for someone who is quick to learn, comfortable with technology, experienced with AI tools, and highly accountable. The right person enjoys keeping tasks, calendars, files, and communication moving with care and consistency.

Responsibilities

Examples of work may include:

Managing calendars, appointments, reminders, confirmations, and follow-up
Helping schedule and sequence maintenance clients, site visits, and recurring service work
Coordinating routine client and vendor communication in a professional manner
Organizing project photos, files, folders, and digital assets
Posting approved content to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile
Helping prepare simple graphics, image edits, and layouts in Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
Making basic user-side WordPress updates, including uploading photos, removing photos, updating text, and rearranging content
Using AI tools to help draft, organize, summarize, research, and move routine tasks forward
Supporting office systems such as Dropbox, Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Asana,JobTread, and other CRM/project-management/construction-management tools
Sending reviewed documents, contracts, estimates, and other materials to clients or vendors
Running occasional local errands, dropping off packages, picking up items, and helping with practical office tasks
Assisting with other administrative, digital, and studio support tasks as needed

Skills + Experience

AI tools
WordPress
Instagram and social media posting
Google Workspace, including Google Business Profile
Microsoft Word
Photoshop
Canva
Dropbox
Asana or similar task-management software
CRM, project-management, or construction-management software; JobTread experience is helpful

Experience in a design, architecture, landscape, construction, marketing, or creative office setting is helpful but not required.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Marketing experience is a plus.

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
