Average Yearly Salary up to $100K, wage based on experience. Guaranteed Hours and steady weekly schedule. Personal Time off beyond Vacation.

A Warren Fab Machinist operates CNC vertical, horizontal, and manual lathes and milling machines. The more machines you can operate, the higher your wage. We cut and produce precision parts for power generation and mining equipment. We depend on your skill to produce quality parts that achieve fit, form and function for specialized industries and to get them done on time. Day and Afternoon Positions Available. American owned and operated company focused on re-building American manufacturing; 58 years strong.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC or manual machining centers to repair and produce parts in specialized industries
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings
- Set up / adjust /de-bug program & machines
- Examine and assess completed parts to detect defects and ensure conformity to quality specifications
- Know machine tooling and their proper speeds, feeds, depths and tooling angles
- Comply and perform all safety and quality standards
- Keeping your machine clean and well maintained

Abilities/Qualifications:

- Experience as a machinist, programmer, inspector or vocational school or apprenticeship training preferred
- Able to read blueprints and drawings
- Ability to use/read/interpret tape measure, micrometer, calipers, depth micrometers, and bore gauges
- Mechanically inclined and knowledge of “shop math”, metal properties, and the mechanics of operating a machine
- Problem Solving Skills
- Ability to follow safety and quality instructions. Proper use of PPE and attend safety training applicable to your job position
