Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, you will craft compelling content, manage social media channels, and implement innovative marketing strategies to engage our target audience. Your creativity and strategic mindset will drive brand awareness, foster community relationships, and support our overall marketing goals. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to influence brand perception and grow your expertise in digital marketing. Experience in healthcare marketing is good to have.

Duties

Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.
Manage daily social media management tasks using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
Create visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance content quality.
Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity, providing insights for strategic adjustments.
Brand promotion in the community and assist in organizing events and meetings.
Assist the manager in tasks and whatever is assigned.

Experience

Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
Experience with digital marketing strategies including social media marketing, branding, public relations, and e-commerce campaigns.
Strong written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and editing to ensure clarity and professionalism in all content.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Basic photography skills for creating original visual content are a plus; experience in video editing is highly desirable.
