Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CPA with 5–10+ years of public accounting experience to join our team in a senior-level role. This position offers the opportunity to combine technical tax expertise with client advisory services, helping clients navigate complex tax and business matters while serving as a trusted resource to our team. The ideal candidate enjoys building client relationships, reviewing tax returns, mentoring staff, and providing thoughtful guidance that helps clients achieve their goals.
Responsibilities

Review individual, partnership, S corporation, C corporation, trust, and nonprofit tax returns
Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services
Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and individual clients
Research and resolve complex tax issues
Review staff-prepared work and provide coaching and technical guidance
Communicate directly with clients regarding tax, accounting, and business matters
Assist with client relationship management and practice development
Collaborate with firm leadership to improve processes and enhance client service
Stay current on tax law changes and industry developments

Qualifications

Active CPA license required
5–10+ years of recent public accounting experience
Strong tax review and tax planning experience
Experience advising closely held businesses and individual clients
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Experience with QuickBooks and professional tax software preferred
