About Coastal Communication Consultants LLC:

We specialize in low-voltage, structured cabling solutions for commercial enterprises. Our mission is to deliver seamless communication infrastructure that keeps businesses operating efficiently. We combine technical expertise with excellent client service and strong operational support.

Your Role:

As a Client Support & Operations Associate, you'll:

Provide exceptional support to clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate processing of client requests
Assist with onboarding, maintaining records, and supporting operational workflows
Identify ways to improve client experience and internal processes
Support operational workflows, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation
Track project timelines and follow up with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
Assist with preparing invoices, proposals, and client communications

What You Bring:

1-3 years of experience in client support, customer service, or operations
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools is a plus
