Full Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Fabricator Welder position for a Bryan, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

Perform fabrication welding using MIG and TIG techniques on aluminum and stainless steel materials.
Utilize MIG wire welding within the last 6 months (not just stick welding).
Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings to meet specifications.
Ensure high-quality welds that meet safety and structural standards.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Conduct welding tests as part of the hiring process.

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in fabrication welding.
Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques, specifically with aluminum and stainless steel.
Recent experience with MIG wire welding.
Strong fitting experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
Experience in a fabrication shop environment is essential (experience in outage welding is not applicable).
