Overview

*Position Update August on 6th:

As I mentioned, I have to move back to Dallas and I am looking for a part-time Personal Assistant to be my replacement. My boss lives in Houston, has a house in Austin and lives here part-time. He is a Texas Native, Baylor Graduate and I currently support him in a variety of ways, which vary from attending events, purchasing supplies, and general house + vehicle-related errands around West Austin, Westlake/Bee Cave/Lakeway & Downtown. My responsibilities are very low pressure and flexible - and have been perfect for a part-time gig over the past 2 years as I finished school.

This is an entry-level position, the minimum requirements are as follows -

Must reside in the immediate Austin metro or close surrounding area (Bee Cave, Lakeway, Cedar Park, Buda, or Kyle)
Must be 18 yrs. of Age, have a Valid Driver's License + Insurance, Reliable Transportation & Good Driving Record; you will be compensated for mileage and some maintenance.
The ability to plan & set personal appointments
Attend local events

Again, position is Part-Time - you will not be required every day. You will not be required to be "on-call". Most tasks can be completed at your convenience & some can be completed from home when possible.

In supporting docs, feel free to BE CREATIVE and attach/include professional or casual snapshots, portfolios or any additional media that showcase your personality or experience. Yes, this is a position with important responsibility, but at the same time, the process and position is FUN. My boss always says, "Be yourself and love yourself and everything else will fall into place".

Interviews will be conducted downtown starting September 1.

There will be a 2-month trial period for this position at full pay ($30/hr-$80/hr) depending on duties agreed. You will love my boss and the position. Thank you for your interest!
