Overview

Join our dynamic automotive team as an Autobody Collision Repair Manager/Estimator, where your expertise will drive excellence in vehicle repairs and customer satisfaction. In this energetic role, you will lead a skilled team of technicians, oversee collision repair operations, and deliver accurate estimates that ensure quality work and profitability.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily shop operations and workflow
Manage production schedules and ensure on-time delivery
Lead, mentor, and motivate technicians and front office staff
Communicate with customers and insurance companies
Monitor KPIs, cycle time, and profitability
Ensure quality control and safety compliance
Handle estimates, supplements, and final billing as needed
Maintain strong DRP and vendor relationships

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in collision repair management/estimating (preferred)
Strong knowledge of estimating systems (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex, etc.)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple repair orders efficiently
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license
