Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Bar Manager/Head Bartender-Server to lead our bar operations with enthusiasm and expertise. This pivotal role requires exceptional leadership, ensuring a memorable guest experience in a lively, hospitality-focused environment. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills, and a strong background in food and beverage service. Join us to create vibrant atmospheres and elevate our bar’s reputation through your expertise and leadership.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Lead, motivate, and train bartenders and servers to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining efficiency.
Manage beverage inventory, monthly inventory , stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
Reduce pour costs ( bonus potential for results )
Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, alcohol service laws, and company policies.
Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash handling procedures responsibly.
Foster a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business through excellent customer service and personalized interactions.
Requirements
Proven experience in bar management or head bartending roles within the hospitality industry.
Strong basic math skills for retail math and cash handling.
Exceptional time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently during busy hours.
Strong food service background with experience in serving, catering, banquet operations, or food handling.
Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service; hospitality industry experience is essential.
Knowledge of food safety protocols and food industry regulations to ensure compliance at all times. Join us as a vital part of our team where your energy fuels memorable experiences! We are committed to fostering a vibrant workplace that values your skills and passion for hospitality.
Must be available to work Friday and Saturday 6pm to close as well as 2 other nights a week along with 1 day shift.
