Pay: $21-$25/hr

Shifts: 8 hours (some 12-hour shifts), Days and NOC

Locations: Boise, Meridian, Eagle

Progressive Healthcare Staffing is looking for multiple experienced CNAs to fill PRN/Per-diem shifts in the greater Boise area. The schedules vary and are flexible, allowing for part-time or full-time hours. Immediate work available - most new hires work within 5 days of their application!

Who we are:

We staff Long Term Care Facilities (Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living) for per-diem/PRN and contract schedules.
Shift availability varies, allowing for flexibility and the ability to work in various environments!
We're 30 years old! We've been doing this for a long time, and it shows.
Our 1099 Independent Contractor model allows for competitive pay and flexible scheduling

Primary Duties:

Assist residents/patients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
For those with Med Tech Certificate, work under the supervision of a nurse to pass meds according to doctor's orders.
Chart/document tasks and daily activities
Be able to work with little to no supervision or training

Expectations:

Reliability is #1: Our customers depend on us to care for their patients. If we say we're going to show up and care for their people, then we better be there.
Availability: We offer per diem hours, varying from week to week based on local facility needs. Shifts are usually 8 hours (but some 4hr and 12hr shifts are available too!). We are a great fit for folks looking for a flexible schedule!
Professionalism and Excellence: Every patient deserves our best work. We expect our team to show up on time, dress properly, speak professionally, and work hard.
Experience: Our ideal candidate has at least 6 months of experience in a facility setting (Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Hospital, etc.) and is able to complete duties with little to no training. Must have an active CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) in the state of Idaho.
