Full Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a busy office manager with a variety of administrative and accounting tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, working independently, and taking ownership of their responsibilities.

This position is part-time (up to 10 hours per week) with a hybrid schedule. During the initial training period, more in-person time will be required. Once training is complete and candidate is capable of working independently, much of the work can be performed remotely.

Responsibilities

Preparing employee timecards for payroll processing
Scanning and electronically organizing documents
Entering accounts payable invoices into QuickBooks Online and Excel
Assisting with accounts payable processing
General administrative support
Other office and clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications

Demonstrated proficiency with QuickBooks Online
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
This position is best suited for someone seeking a long-term part-time position.

Position Details

Part-time hours (up to 10 hours per week)
Reliable transportation for in-person training and in-person tasks
