Job Overview

Carton Craft Supply is hiring a Production Operator to support our growing operations.

This is a hands on, multi-functional role working across laser cutting, rubber cutting, and warehouse operations. You will help move product from raw material through production to finished goods and shipment.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, pays attention to detail, and wants to be part of a team that is improving every day.

Responsibilities

Operate and support laser cutting equipment
Run rubber cutting machines and monitor quality
Inspect materials and finished parts for accuracy and quality
Receive, organize, and manage raw material inventory
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Support multiple operational areas based on daily priorities

Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing, CNC, laser cutting, or warehouse operations preferred but not required
Ability to read and follow instructions and specifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Willingness to learn and work across multiple functions
Strong work ethic and reliability

Physical Requirements
