Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Control Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will support the quality management system by managing documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and facilitating cross-functional communication. Your proactive approach will help maintain the integrity of our quality processes, ensuring that all regulatory and legal standards are met efficiently and accurately. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence in quality assurance within the oil and gas servicing industry.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain document control systems, including filing, review, and approval processes, ensuring all records adhere to regulatory compliance standards.
Utilize document management systems and update quality documentation and workflows effectively.
Support document review processes for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with technical standards; proofread documents for clarity and consistency.
Assist in data entry, data management, and records management tasks related to quality control activities.
Maintain meticulous records of quality documentation, including filing of audit reports, inspection records, and corrective action reports.
Support internal audits by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating communication between departments to ensure document compliance management.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software; experience with blue beam systems is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and technical writing; ability to convey complex information clearly.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while ensuring document compliance management standards are met.
Bilingual is a plus.
