Location: Dallas, TX (Must already be local)
Hours: Core schedule: Monday through Friday, business hours;
must be flexible when the couple or guests are in-residence;
flexible working occasional weekends if needed (e.g. family gatherings)
Salary: $50-$60/ per hour, depending on experience; guaranteed 40 hours per week;
overtime pay of time and a half when work hours exceed 40 per week
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision; PTO days, sick days, and main federal holidays;
plus, a discretionary yearly increase and bonus
The Family: Husband, wife, and they have grown children that visit
Pets: No pets
The Property: 12,000sq ft; 6 bedrooms, 10 baths

The Role
A senior couple is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, Executive Housekeeper & Household Coordinator to support their private residence. This hands-on role is primarily responsible for maintaining the home to the highest standards through exceptional housekeeping, laundry care, organization, and day-to-day household coordination.
The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a beautifully maintained and welcoming home, possesses exceptional attention to detail, and understands the importance of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality when working in a private household.
In addition to housekeeping responsibilities, this individual will coordinate household vendors and service providers, manage household inventory and supplies, and ensure the residence remains organized, well-stocked, and always operating efficiently.

Household Cleaning
● Ensure all aspects of the property are clean and maintained
● Clean throughout the house (daily and deep clean): vacuuming, mopping, dusting and wiping surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, wiping windows, etc.
● Make beds and refresh guest rooms as needed
● Wash dishes, load/unload dishwasher, wipe down countertops and appliances
● Clean appliances as needed
● Tidy all rooms to ensure items are neatly stored and clean
● Clean and organize refrigerator, check and restock household supplies as needed
● Report damage, stains, or unusual activity to the principals
● Conduct home organizational projects as needed
● Put out trash/recycling bins and return
Household Organization
- Maintain orderly closets, cabinets, pantries, and storage spaces
- Assist with seasonal household projects and special requests as needed
- Coordinate household schedules, appointments, deliveries, and service visits
- Bring in, make note of, and unpack household deliveries as requested
- Organize returns as needed
- Ensure household systems remain organized and efficient
- Ensure the home is consistently maintained to exceptionally high standards
Supplies
● Manage household inventories and restock as needed
● Order and shop for supplies, groceries, and toiletries as needed
● Record and file receipts for petty cash and household credit card
● Maintain household inventories of various supplies
● Run errands as needed
Laundry & Clothing Care
● Manage all laundry, hand washing, and ironing/steaming
● Ensure linens are laundered and changed
● Folding and organizing drawers and closets
● Manage the wardrobes and closets, keeping them organized and neat
● Organize dry cleaning as appropriate (take to dry cleaners as needed)
Vendor Coordination & Household Support
● Check all items in the home are in good working order and report problems to the principals
● Coordinate routine service providers including landscaping, pool maintenance, pest control, and other vendors
● Schedule preventative maintenance and ensure work is completed properly
● Maintain vendor records, service schedules, warranties, and invoices
● Meet and oversee vendors during scheduled visits
● Maintain service schedules and report maintenance concerns
● Monitor the condition of the property and report maintenance concerns promptly
Family Assistance
● Monitor deliveries and arrange returns
● Sort mail, separating junk
● Flag any unexpected visitors when principals are not in residence
● Assist with packing/unpacking for their travels
● Handle errands and miscellaneous household tasks as requested
● Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding household matters
Cooking
● Light meal prep
● Occasional preparation of simple, basic meals; able to follow basic recipes
Guest & Family Gatherings Assistance
● Prepare living spaces and guest rooms to the principal’s specifications for their or guest arrival
● Help with family gatherings, typically about 10 people
● Assist during the event by ensuring guests have everything they need
Requirements
● Legally able to work within the United States
● Must already live within reasonable daily commute to Dallas, TX
● Must drive and have their own reliable vehicle to get to/from work and for running errands
● Proven experience as an executive housekeeper or similar role for a HNW private residence
● Experience caring for fine furnishings, luxury finishes, and high-end wardrobes preferred
● Strong understanding of household operations, cleaning standards, and vendor management
● Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
● Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
● Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
● English proficiency (read, write, and speak)
● Possess a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
● Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
