Join our dynamic sales team as an Inside Sales Consultant and become a vital driver of business growth! In this energetic role, you will engage with prospective clients through outbound calling, nurture existing relationships, and identify new opportunities to expand our customer base. Your expertise in technology sales, B2B interactions, and customer service will empower you to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. This position offers a fast-paced environment where your communication skills and sales acumen will thrive, helping both the company and your professional development flourish.

<Responsibilities>

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication
Present and demonstrate technology solutions effectively, ensuring clients understand the value proposition
Negotiate terms and close sales deals by understanding client needs and offering suitable products or services
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted outreach campaigns that drive lead generation
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring customer satisfaction

<Qualifications>

Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing within a technology or technical sales environment
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly
Demonstrated success in outbound calling, business development, and marketing initiatives
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team setting
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and building long-term relationships

Pay: $25,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
