Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly voice and helpful face of our company, providing exceptional support to our valued clients. Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to assist customers in making informed decisions
Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new offerings
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Assist with data entry tasks to update client information, order statuses, and support tickets with precision
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer experiences
Support client services by troubleshooting issues, escalating complex cases appropriately, and ensuring timely resolution

Qualifications

Multilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English plus additional languages is a strong plus
Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred but not required
Strong sales aptitude with the ability to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a friendly, professional demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
Experience with outbound calling strategies and call center protocols is advantageous
Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Typing speed and accuracy to manage high-volume interactions efficiently
