RESPONSIBILITIES
- Travel throughout assigned neighborhoods and service areas
- Knock on doors and speak directly with homeowners to generate new business
- Climb ladders and walk on residential roofs to conduct inspections
- Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters for visible damage or replacement needs
- Educate homeowners about property damage, potential insurance coverage, and the claims process
- Build trust with homeowners through professional and friendly service
- Follow up with prospective and current clients
- Guide clients through the entire sales and project process
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress
PHYSICAL AND WORKING REQUIREMENTS
- Must be comfortable climbing ladders and walking on residential roofs
- Must be comfortable knocking on doors and initiating conversations with homeowners
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to travel between neighborhoods, client homes, and job sites throughout the day
- Must be comfortable working at heights
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required
- Confident, friendly, and outgoing personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently
- Must be comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and outside sales
- Must be willing and able to perform roof inspections safely
- Previous sales, customer service, roofing, construction, or insurance experience is a plus but not required
COMPENSATION AND EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
- Employees will be hired directly by Pinpoint Innovations and placed on Pinpoint’s payroll beginning on their first day
- Base pay is $17 per hour
- Employees will also earn a 4% commission on the sales they generate
- Estimated total annual compensation ranges from $54,000 to $104,000, depending on sales performance
- The position begins with a two-week trial period, allowing both the employee and Pinpoint Innovations to determine whether the opportunity is a good long-term fit
- Employees will not be employed or paid by Express Employment Professionals at any point during the trial period
