Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in a dynamic school environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves managing daily office operations, assisting with clerical tasks, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with students and parents.

Duties

Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Manage office management tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining files, and organizing office supplies.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing parent inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist in personal assistant duties for administrative team members as needed.
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data entry, and communication.
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
Communicate effectively with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Experience in customer service or personal assistant roles is a plus.
Familiarity with office procedures is advantageous but not required.
Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele but not required.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
