Full Job Description

Bank of the Rockies is seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to serve as our Office Manager and Business Banker in Helena, MT.

This position combines retail office leadership with business development, overseeing daily office operations while building and strengthening relationships with business and consumer customers.

The ideal candidate is professional, detail oriented, collaborative and works well with a team of other accounting specialists.

Required qualifications are:

Banking experience, specifically retail based experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong community connections.

Preferred qualifications:

Associate or bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting or business administration, management, finance.
Previous management experience, particularly in the banking industry.
