Customer Service Coordinator | Customer Service & Scheduling | $18-$25/hr + Benefits

About the Role

As ourCustomer Service Coordinator, you'll be the first impression of Half Moon Plumbing and the voice customers remember. You'll answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, coordinate technician schedules, and help ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience from start to finish.

This is more than a customer service role. You'll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly while helping customers solve problems and get the service they need. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, you'll thrive here.

No plumbing experience is required. We'll train the right person.

What You'll Be Doing

Answer incoming customer calls
Schedule and confirm service appointments
Coordinate technician schedules and dispatching
Communicate with customers regarding appointment updates
Follow up on open estimates and opportunities
Maintain accurate customer information and notes
Keep the daily service schedule running smoothly and help ensure customers receive an exceptional experience
Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction

What We're Looking For

Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
Strong communication and phone skills
Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day
Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable learning new software and systems
Customer service, scheduling, dispatching, call center, or administrative experience is a plus
