Full Job Description

Position Summary:
At Continental Title Company we believe in building careers, not just filling roles. Our Front Desk Escrow Assistant is the face and first impression for guests in-person and over-the-phone. We’re looking for someone who is not only friendly and organized but also motivated to grow within our company. This role is perfect for someone with a customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with a positive and professional attitude
Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
Manage guest check-in procedures efficiently and with attention to detail
Keep lobby and closing rooms clean, organized, and welcoming
Review contracts and accurately input information into software systems
Support various departments as needed and be a reliable team player
Order supplies and maintain inventory
Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor
Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using computers and standard office software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
Capable of working independently with excellent judgment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior customer service or front desk experience is a plus—but not required

Job Type: Full-time
