Full Job Description

Job Summary
We currently have openings for long term ( year around ) and short term( through mid october) positions.

Serving shifts available 10am-4pm and 3pm-9-10:30pm (depending on the shift)

3-5 shifts a week ( give or take)

Fluent english and experience is a must !

Must have availability for more than one shift a week, but may be able to work around a reasonable schedule

This would be a great posistion for someone looking for an income boost through late summer/early fall

We are seeking a few dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, taking orders, and ensuring that each guest feels valued and satisfied. The ideal candidate will possess strong food handling skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a position that gets hectic and overwhelming, but also one where you have an unlimited potential in tips. Strong servers make great of money. We are very particular about customer service, and expect servers to give premium service to guests.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using Aloha POS or similar systems.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets quality standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
Process payments accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale systems.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or the culinary industry is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential.
Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
Strong math skills for accurate order processing and payment handling.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tables during peak hours.
A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service is essential for success in this role.
