Full Job Description

I want to take a second to tell you about myself and the company I founded before I tell you who I am looking for. I want to do this, because I believe it is just as important for you to want to work for me as it is for me to want you. Oh, and one more thing before I get started. This was not written by AI. ;)

My name is Marcus Felmley and I founded LNW Landscaping alongside two of my brothers over 8 years ago. My two brothers have since moved on, one is now a lineman in Colorado and the other is a framer for a local framing company. I however have remained and continue to carry the torch of what was once the dream of three boys. We started out mowing lawns and over the years have transitioned into a full scale landscape construction company, being named the #1 landscape construction firm in Idaho 2 years running now. With that being said, we have still kept the maintenance roots alive and I am now focused on growing the division over the next two to three years. I am from a family of 12 children and am proud to be the oldest at 21 years old and no, we are not Mormon's. :) I am however a firm believer in my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and that relationship is what drives me and my business decisions. Enough about me, let's talk about the company you would be joining.

We currently are a small to mid sized company in heavy growth. The reason I tell you this, is because you are going to need to be the type of candidate that thrives in a disorganized, heavy stress, fast paced environment. You are being hired to bring the organization to the team. I currently act as the GM and will work alongside you in the office a good three days out of the week, but I need you to complete the maintenance office requirements. I am not an easy boss to work for, but I am not a hard boss to work for either. I expect excellence, results and a determination to find a solution even when it seems there is no solution available, and you will be rewarded. In fact, I don't view our relationship as purely linear. Owner to employee, boss to subordinate etc. No, I view each and every one of my people as my superiors in their specific area. I want you to be better than me at your job. I want you to be able to work along side me and enlighten me. That is who I am looking for.

Fosters a relationship with employees/employee's wives/husbands and families, billing/AR, maintenance estimates, scheduling, payroll, licensing, insurance audits and price checks, Google reviews, posting and photo uploads."
