CVICU Registered Nurse – Columbus, OH

Join a leading facility in Columbus, Ohio, as a CVICU Registered Nurse and enjoy a stable schedule with nights, competitive pay, and a supportive team. Start date is 08/24/2026, with a commitment through 11/23/2026, offering up to 6 weekend shifts per 4-week cycle, and a schedule of 12-hour night shifts.

What You’ll Do

Deliver specialized care to cardiac ICU patients, managing complex conditions such as ventilators, Swan-Ganz catheters, balloon pumps, and PA lines
Administer medications, including conscious sedation, and monitor patient responses
Perform IV starts and operate telemetry and vents
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care
Document and update patient records accurately in EPIC electronic health records system
Float within units of similar or lower acuity as needed
Adhere to all hospital protocols and safety regulations

What You Need

Valid Ohio RN license and current BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum of 2 years’ ICU experience, preferably in cardiac units
Hands-on experience with EPIC EMR system required
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
