JOB DESCRIPTION: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Our team is looking for an Office Administrator who enjoys keeping things organized and running smoothly. This role is essential to our daily operations and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude.
This key role interfaces with all departments to lend administrative support and will assist leadership with special projects to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone looking for meaningful, steady work in a professional and collaborative environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree
- 20+ years of administrative / office management or similar functional experience (Accounting, HR, Admin, Customer service)
- Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office is required (Specifically Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Strong accountability and a willingness to be responsible for their role on our growing company’s team
- An ability to work well and closely with others.
- Must be very detail oriented and organized
- Strong organizational skills and positive demeanor
- An ability to multi-task, set priorities and maintain them
- Oral and Written communication skills which are clear, accurate, concise and effective

SALARY LEVEL/COMPENSATION:
Compensation is based on experience, ranging between $23 - $27 per hour.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
A summary of daily tasks will include:
Serve as the receptionist for the office:
- Greeting visitors and walk-in applicants
- Answering phones according to company procedures and directing calls as instructed
Support our HR and Facilities team in a variety of duties including but not limited to:
- Operate office equipment including copiers, printers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, and other standard office equipment
- Maintain production team member personal protective equipment as well as hygiene supplies to adequate levels
- Prepare documents for applicants and new hires
- Coordinating vendor visits
- Maintaining the physical and electronic filing system
- Maintain break room, bathroom, and office supplies to adequate levels through ordering and restocking
- Coordinate office and team member meetings, events and other engagement activities
Support our Creative Services team in a variety of duties including but not limited to:
- Maintaining the physical and electronic filing system
- Special tasks / errands as needed to printers, etc.
Support our Sales team in a variety of duties including but not limited to:
- Covering lunch schedules of our Sales and Account Coordinator teams by answering the phones and directing them as instructed.
- Maintain sample area supplies to support the sales team
- Packaging and shipping out samples to customers
- Preparing proposal documents
- Participating in meetings and taking notes
- Maintain the physical and electronic filing system
Support our Order Entry / Accounting / Admin team in a variety of duties including but not limited to:
- Submitting claims for chargebacks on a timely and effective basis to maximize claims paid
- Maintain the physical and electronic filing system
- Printing shipping carton labels and other work order preparation tasks
- Various order entry tasks in SAGE
- Various Shipping tasks such as preparing BOLs, ASNs, and other activities
Support Company Leadership and all departments with any special or other projects as needed, directed and assigned
Professional behavior when making phone calls and engaging with customers, applicants, vendors, employees and others.
Other duties as assigned
POSITION TYPE:
Full Time | Office Hours: 8:00 – 5:00 pm (or similar) | Hours worked will be on-site, in our office, located in Columbus, Ohio.
REQUIRED MAJOR/EXPERIENCE:
Associates Degree required. 20+ years of administrative/office management experience required.
