What We Need
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers in a retail environment. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional experience, assisting customers with their needs, and driving sales through effective communication and merchandising strategies.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting clients in a friendly manner.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions.
Conduct membership presentations to educate clients about features and benefits of becoming a StretchLab member.
Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the client experience and increase sales.
Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries or concerns.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth studio operations.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, particularly in a fitness/wellness setting.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities within a retail environment.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
Strong communication skills are essential for providing excellent customer service and collaborating with team members.

Hours Needed

Monday afternoons and evenings
Wednesday mornings and early afternoons
Friday mornings or afternoons

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
