We are seeking a motivated, dependable, documentation-strong clinician who wants to build and maintain a consistent caseload while enjoying the independence of private practice within the support and structure of a group.

We are seeking clinicians who genuinely have room to develop a caseload. This position is not intended for someone looking to add only a few clients per week.
Private Practice Within a Group
Our model is best described as running your own practice within a group practice.
You have professional independence and are expected to take ownership of your:
- Schedule
- Caseload
- Documentation
- Client attendance and follow-up
- Client engagement and retention
- Professional communication
- Clinical responsibilities
- Professional growth
At the same time, you are part of a team.
Freedom Fighters Therapy provides referrals, billing support, practice infrastructure, marketing support, a personal clinician webpage, consultation, and other resources designed to help providers develop a successful caseload.
We want clinicians with an independent, entrepreneurial mindset who can also function successfully as part of a group.
Veteran Care & VA Requirements
Serving Veterans is an important part of our mission.
Working with VA Community Care requires structure, accountability, and excellent documentation.

CompensationPercentage-Based Compensation
Estimated Compensation Range: Approximately $55–$100 per completed session
Freedom Fighters Therapy uses a percentage-based compensation model, rather than a guaranteed flat per-session rate.
The percentage offered is based on factors including:
- Level and type of licensure
- Independent versus supervised licensure
- Years of clinical experience
- Specialized training and credentials
- Veteran, trauma, addiction, or other specialty experience
- Payer and reimbursement structure
Depending on these factors, provider compensation generally equates to approximately $55–$100 per completed session.
Higher-level independent licensure, advanced credentials, specialized experience, and applicable payer reimbursement may qualify for a higher percentage.
The $55–$100 range is not a guaranteed flat session rate. Compensation is percentage-based and specific percentage rates are discussed with qualified candidates during the interview and offer process.
