Part-Time Event Sales Representative

Hourly Pay + Uncapped Commission \u007C Interviewing Now!

Looking for a flexible part-time job where your personality and work ethic can directly increase your earnings? Join Window Nation as an Event Sales Representative and become the face of our brand at local festivals, home shows, community events, and retail locations.

If you enjoy meeting new people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by performance-based pay, this is a great opportunity to build valuable sales experience while earning competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commissions.

What You'll Do

Engage with event attendees and create a positive first impression of Window Nation.
Start conversations with homeowners and identify those interested in new windows or doors.
Schedule in-home consultations for our sales team.
Meet and exceed lead generation goals while earning commission for your results.
Assist with setting up and breaking down event displays and materials.

What We Offer

Competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commission—earn up to $50 per qualified lead.

Part-Time Schedule

10–30 hours per week.
Evening and weekend availability is required.
Must be available to work at least two weekends per month.

What We're Looking For

Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicator.
Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people throughout the day.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Reliable transportation to travel to events.
High school diploma or GED.
Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus—but not required.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hours during events, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to lift and move event materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
