Part-Time Wellness Front of House Sales AssociateJob Summary

Are you passionate about wellness, luxury client experiences, and sales? Do you love building relationships and helping people feel their best? The Tox Dublin is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and results-driven Part-Time Wellness Front of House Sales Associate to be the face of our studio.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is motivated by meeting sales goals. You'll create exceptional first impressions, educate clients on our services, drive memberships and package sales, generate new business through community outreach, and help grow our social media presence through engaging TikTok content.

At The Tox Dublin, we're redefining self-care through exceptional service, innovative treatments, and an elevated client experience.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, retail, fitness, aesthetics, or wellness.
A confident salesperson who enjoys educating clients and recommending services that meet their goals.
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
Experience creating engaging social media content, particularly for TikTok and Instagram.
Comfortable filming, editing, and appearing in social media content.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Mindbody is a plus but not required.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality.
Evening and occasional weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience from arrival through checkout.
Build relationships with new and returning clients to encourage retention and referrals.
Meet and exceed goals for memberships, treatment packages, retail products, and gift cards.
Generate new leads through community partnerships, networking, local events, and studio outreach.
Review incoming leads daily and proactively follow up with prospective clients to convert inquiries into booked appointments.
Educate clients on The Tox Technique and confidently recommend personalized services, treatment packages, memberships, and retail products based on each client's individual wellness goals and needs.
Schedule appointments, manage the front desk, answer phones, and respond to client inquiries.
Create and edit engaging TikTok and Instagram content showcasing treatments, promotions, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Assist with studio marketing initiatives, special events, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
Support daily studio operations to ensure every client receives a five-star experience.
