MotorClothes Sales Associate

Do you enjoy helping people, have a passion for retail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Farrow Harley-Davidson is looking for an energetic, customer-focused MotorClothes Sales Associate to join our team!

As a MotorClothes Associate, you'll help riders find the perfect riding gear, apparel, helmets, and accessories while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Whether they're gearing up for their first ride or adding to their Harley-Davidson collection, you'll play an important role in making every visit memorable.

What You'll Do

Welcome every customer and provide exceptional service from start to finish.
Assist customers in selecting riding apparel, helmets, boots, gloves, casual clothing, and licensed Harley-Davidson merchandise.
Educate customers on product features, fit, safety, and benefits.
Meet and exceed individual and department sales goals.
Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Receive, tag, and stock incoming merchandise.
Participate in inventory counts and merchandise replenishment.
Promote dealership events, promotions, and new product launches.
Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business.

What We're Looking For

Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Comfortable learning product knowledge and making recommendations.
Basic computer and cash handling skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
Availability to work Saturdays and occasional evenings for dealership events.
