Job Overview
Hiring All Kitchen Positions!! We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared safely, efficiently, and meets our high standards of quality. This position is ideal for individuals who have a love for cooking and want to develop their skills in a supportive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of ingredients and meals according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all food is handled safely and hygienically.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service during peak hours.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Support the dietary department by preparing meals that meet specific dietary needs as required.
Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food handling practices.

Skills

Culinary skills with a passion for food preparation and meal presentation.
Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
Experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
