Growth Marketing LeadAbout Yodel

Yodel is a fast-growing entrepreneurial company using AI to transform how communities discover what’s happening around them. Our platform helps publishers, chambers of commerce, tourism organizations, and other community organizations automatically discover, organize, and promote local events.

We’re a small, innovative team that values experimentation, speed, creativity, and measurable results.

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead who loves turning ideas into action.

This isn’t a role where you’ll spend months developing marketing plans and presentations. You’ll be building campaigns, creating landing pages, experimenting with new approaches, using AI to accelerate your work, measuring what happens, and continually improving what we do.

You’ll work directly with company leadership and experienced outside growth advisors who will help shape strategy. Your job will be to help turn that strategy into execution and results.

You don’t need to be an expert in every area of marketing. We’re much more interested in someone who is curious, resourceful, comfortable learning new tools, and unusually good at getting things done.

What You’ll Do:

Build and Execute Campaigns
Turn marketing ideas into campaigns quickly
Create landing pages, email campaigns, newsletters, webinars, and other marketing initiatives
Manage paid digital campaigns and social media initiatives
Develop customer stories, case studies, and other sales and marketing assets
Help coordinate trade shows, sponsorships, webinars, and industry events

Grow Our Digital Presence

Continually improve the Yodel website
Execute SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives
Improve landing pages and conversion paths
Monitor traffic, conversions, search visibility, and lead generation
Experiment with new ways to increase qualified traffic and leads

Experiment and Learn

Design and launch marketing experiments
Test new channels, messaging, offers, campaigns, and conversion strategies
Measure what works—and what doesn’t
Turn those learnings into the next round of experiments
Help us create a culture of continuous marketing experimentation

Use AI to Move Faster

We’re enthusiastic users of AI and automation.
You’ll use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Replit, and other emerging platforms to dramatically accelerate content creation, research, campaign development, website improvements, analysis, and marketing execution.
We’re looking for someone who sees AI as a way to accomplish more and better work, not simply as another software tool.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or a related role
Experience executing digital campaigns and managing marketing calendars
Experience working with websites and landing pages
A working understanding of SEO, including metadata, schema, indexing, and search visibility
Familiarity with—or a strong interest in—GEO and AI-powered search
Good visual instincts and the ability to create attractive marketing materials
Experience with email marketing and marketing automation
Comfort working with data and measuring campaign performance
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience using AI tools—or an eagerness to become exceptionally good at them
