Full Job Description

Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Flexible)
Compensation: $17.00 Hourly, with opportunity for higher compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrator to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Responding to and sending emails on behalf of the company
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Preparing invoices and tracking payments
Arranging and coordinating freight schedules and shipments
Communicating with vendors, customers, and shipping providers
Performing accurate data entry and maintaining company records
Filing, scanning, and organizing documents (digital and physical)
Assisting with general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Basic knowledge of accounts payable/receivable processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
