Experience: 2+ years in acute care nursing, proficient with CPAP/BiPAP, med titrations, charge-capable

What You’ll Do:

Provide direct patient care in a 31-bed mixed acuity unit supporting medicine services, stepdown, and med/surg patients
Manage patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and adjust treatments as needed
Administer medications, including titrations and respiratory therapies (CPAP/BiPAP)
Document care using EPIC in compliance with hospital protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
Respond to rapid changes in patient status and notify physicians accordingly
Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring infection control standards

What You Need:

Ohio RN license (required)
BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an acute care setting
Comfortable working with CPAP/BiPAP, med titrations, and charge responsibilities
Ability to work night shifts and float within OSU organization as needed
Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and adaptability
