Full Job Description

Fallas Family Vision is seeking a new member to join our amazing team! We are located near historic downtown McDonough and pride ourselves on providing top notch care to each and every one of our patients.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organization skills, a passion for working with patients, and a friendly and pleasant attitude. A positive outlook is a MUST! Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

If you don't currently have optical office experience, that's no problem - We will happily provide on the job training to the right candidate.

Responsibilities include greeting our patients, verifying insurance benefits, answering and screening phone calls, making appointments, and helping in other departments when necessary.
