Full Job Description

Tamshell Corporation is a trusted precision machine shop with over 45 years of excellence, serving clients in Aerospace, Defense, Medical, Dental, and other high-stakes industries. We specialize in machining plastic, aluminum, brass, and bronze components with exceptional quality and consistency.

We’re seeking a Quality Contract Review Agent who is detail-driven and committed to upholding the quality standards our clients demand.

What You'll Do

As a key part of our Quality Assurance team, you’ll ensure customer contracts and requirements are accurately reviewed, documented, and executed:

Review customer Purchase Orders (POs) and contracts for technical and quality compliance
Identify, interpret, and document all customer-imposed requirements
Collaborate with internal departments to integrate customer needs into production
Analyze customer drawings/blueprints for special instructions
Create inspection data sheets using Excel
Support quality investigations and communicate effectively with customers
Assist QA and management with additional quality-related responsibilities
(Bonus) Work with our ERP system (E2) – experience is a plus, but not required

What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, quality, or document control environment

Preferred Skills

Experience in Aerospace, Medical Devices, or high-precision manufacturing
Ability to read technical drawings / blueprints (a big plus!)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $20 – $23 per hour (depends on experience)
