Full Job Description

Company Overview: We are a fast-paced, full-service welding and fabrication shop specializing in custom metalwork across a wide range of industries. From ASME vessels, structural steel and heavy equipment repair to custom builds and one-off projects, no two days are the same. We take pride in quality craftsmanship, problem-solving, and getting the job done right.

Position Summary: We are seeking a multiple skilled and reliable Welder / Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in multiple welding processes, can read and interpret blueprints, and is comfortable working on a variety of fabrication projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG, Flux Core, TIG, and Stick welding on a variety of materials (steel, stainless, aluminum)
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components
Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, grinders, press brakes, and plasma cutters
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications:

2+ years of welding and fabrication experience preferred
Proficiency in multiple welding techniques
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a shop environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Pass Drug Test

Preferred Skills:

Experience with custom fabrication or repair work
Knowledge of shop math and layout techniques
Ability to work independently on projects
Forklift or equipment operation experience (a plus)
