Full Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Pre-Sale & Lead Follow-Up: Follow up with all company-generated inquiries daily, understand customer needs, provide product information and quotations, and convert qualified leads into sales.
Customer Development: Proactively develop new customers through cold outreach, networking, social media, email campaigns, and other sales channels.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects and existing customers to encourage repeat purchases and long-term business partnerships.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with quotations, product information, order follow-up, customer communication, and other daily sales-related tasks.
After-Sales Support: Track and document customer feedback, warranty claims, and after-sales service requests, and coordinate with the appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution.
Trade Shows & Exhibitions: Attend major fitness industry trade shows and exhibitions across the United States throughout the year. Assist with customer reception, product demonstrations, lead collection, and post-show follow-up.
Video Shooting & Content Creation: Participate in daily video shooting and content creation for the company's marketing and social media channels, including product demonstrations, equipment introductions, customer stories, and short-form video content.
Lead Management: Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records in the CRM system, ensuring that all leads are properly tracked and followed up with.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and After-Sales teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from initial inquiry through purchase and after-sales service.

Qualifications

Strong English communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with U.S. customers by phone, email, and in person.
Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, Business Development, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in the fitness industry, commercial gym equipment, or B2B sales is a plus.
Strong follow-up skills with the ability to proactively and consistently move leads through the sales process.
Willingness to travel within the United States for trade shows and business events.
Interest or experience in video shooting, social media, and content creation is a plus.
Strong time-management, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems, email, and standard office software.
Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand fitness equipment products and sales processes.

Compensation & Growth Opportunities

$4,000/month Base Salary + Bonus + Commission

JW SPORT offers a competitive Base Salary + Performance Bonus + Sales Commission compensation structure, with additional earning potential based on individual sales performance.

Successful candidates will have opportunities to participate in major fitness industry trade shows across the United States and grow their career in Sales, Business Development, and the Fitness Equipment Industry.
