Lead Kitchen & Bath Remodeler /Carpenter

$48–$52 per hour | Full-Time W-2 | Boulder, CO

We're a growing residential remodeling company in Boulder looking for an experienced Lead Remodeler / Carpenter who can successfully lead kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from demolition through final punch.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys producing high-quality work, solving problems, and taking pride in delivering exceptional finished projects.

Unlike many remodeling companies, we don't expect our field leaders to handle everything alone. Our office provides strong support with scheduling, client communication, estimating, purchasing, material coordination, documentation, and administrative tasks so you can focus on building outstanding projects.

What You'll Do

Lead kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish
Perform high-quality carpentry and remodeling work
Coordinate daily work with subcontractors and team members
Keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward
Communicate professionally with homeowners
Maintain clean, protected, and well-organized jobsites
Document project progress using project management software (training provided)
Identify issues early and help develop practical solutions

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has successfully built and led residential remodeling projects—not someone who's only worked on one phase of the job.

Ideal candidates have experience with:

Kitchen remodeling
Bathroom remodeling
Finish carpentry
Cabinet installation
Trim and doors
Framing
Drywall repair
Reading plans and layouts
Coordinating with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, tile, and flooringtrades
Leading projects with minimal supervision
